Description

Frassor universal fertilizer granules are produced from pure frass (insect manure) derived from larvae of black soldier flies. A Dutch quality product dried and hygienized by heating and then pressed into a unique micro pellet.

Source of essential nutrients

These Frassor fertilizer granules have an NPK of 3-3-2 and a high chitin content. In addition, the product is rich in minerals, trace elements and organic matter. This universal fertilizer contains all nutrients for both lawn and plants. Because this fertilizer is 100% organic, the nutrients are released in a controlled way and do not wash out. Feeding Frassor improves the growth, flowering and resilience of plants and soil.

Nourishes soil life

Healthy soil life starts with insects. These efficient little animals maintain an ecological balance in nature. The remains left behind by the insects, such as droppings and skins, are rich in chitin and are used as a raw material for Frassor fertilizer. This organic fertilizer ensures that soil water and nutrients are retained and therefore available in the soil for a longer period of time. The result is a healthier soil where sufficient nutrients are available even in drier periods. Food source for benign soil life This product consists for more than 75% of organic matter, which is why it is often used as a soil improver.

Frass

Frass is the feces of herbivorous insects. Frassor Insect Manure in this product comes from the larvae of the black soldier fly. The insects are fed on low-grade, vegetable residues, which are converted to high-grade proteins and fats. Frassor enriches and processes the Frass into high-quality natural fertilizer.

The best for the environment

Frassor fertilizer pellets have the lowest Co2 footprint of any fertilizer! The production of artificial fertilizer costs a lot of energy, resulting in a considerable CO2 emission. In addition, artificial fertilizer has a negative effect on all life in the soil and washes out quickly. Compared to other organic fertilizers such as cow – chicken – pig, Frassor Insect Manure has a significantly lower CO2 footprint,. Frassor is also an absolute winner on other environmental aspects such as land use and water consumption.

Chitin – Stimulates antagonistic activity, resulting in increase of plant and soil resilience

Frassor is very rich in chitin. Chitin is superfood for microorganisms that break down the chitin. This process releases enzymes (chitinases) that trigger the plant to activate its natural defense mechanisms. This makes the crop less attractive to diseases and pests. It is not for nothing that Frassor is used with great success in the horticultural sector.
