Nederlands Frassor products come with a warranty, of course. You are entitled to a good product! Frassor products are composed, produced and packed with the highest care. Should the product not arrive in good condition, please report it immediately. Preferably via email with a clear description of the problem, possibly supported by pictures. Our customer service will process your email within 1 business day.
In order to guarantee the quality over a longer period of time, we advise you to use the following storage instructions
- Preferably store in the dark
- Avoid direct sunlight
- Storage temperature between 5 and 35 degrees Celsius
- Unopened products have a minimum shelf life of 2 years if the above storage instructions are followed
For optimum results, always use the prescribed Instructions for Use and dosages.
