Order Status | Meaning and Action |
---|---|
Open | The order has not been completed yet |
Canceled | The order has been cancelled |
Paid | The order is confirmed, you will also receive an order confirmation with invoice via email |
Cleared for Picking. | The order is ready to be ordered |
Picking Run | The order is displayed on picking terminal |
Picking | The order is currently being orderpicked |
Picked | The order has been picked |
Shipped | The order is packed and shipped, you will receive the DHL track and trace information by email. |
Completed | The order was delivered |
Refunded | The order has been returned and credited |
Backorder | Your order has been put on backorder and will be reshipped soon |
Problem | There has been a problem processing your order, our customer service will contact you immediately. |
