Status of your order

After placing your order, we will immediately get to work! We will keep you informed about every step in the process. You can easily follow the status in your Frassor Account. The statuses are listed and explained below.

Open

The order has not been completed yet
Canceled

The order has been cancelled
Paid

The order is confirmed, you will also receive an order confirmation with invoice via email
Cleared for Picking.

The order is ready to be ordered
Picking Run

The order is displayed on picking terminal
Picking

The order is currently being orderpicked
Picked

The order has been picked
Shipped

The order is packed and shipped, you will receive the DHL track and trace information by email.
Completed

The order was delivered
Refunded

The order has been returned and credited
Backorder

Your order has been put on backorder and will be reshipped soon
Problem

There has been a problem processing your order, our customer service will contact you immediately.
