14 Days Trial Period
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, receives physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your intention to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form (PDF) for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of return

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments made by you up to that time, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, no charges will be made for such refund. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You shall return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are in time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

You are only liable for the reduction in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

How do I return products?
The easiest way to return your product is to contact our customer service. We will then send you an appropriate return form which you can use to return the order to us.

Have you received my return?
As soon as your product has arrived at our returns department, we will let you know by means of a confirmation e-mail. Of course there is some processing time involved. For example, do you see on the Track and Trace code of your return that the package has been delivered to us, but you have not yet received an email? Then you can always contact 1 of our employees. So we can see where your package is and we will provide the appropriate solution.

My product is back from repair, but still defective. What to do now?
This is very annoying. Especially since this is the second time you have received a defective product. If you contact our customer service, we will provide an appropriate solution.

I have not yet received a return form?
Have you requested a return form from us but have you not yet received this by email? Perhaps it ended up in your SPAM – unwanted email box. Is there nothing to find? Then we advise you to contact our customer service again. So we can send it again.
