Order not received or incorrect

Are you expecting a delivery from us, but did not receive it within the expected time frame? That is of course very annoying, through the following steps we track your order.

  1. Check the Track and Trace code of your package. You can find the Track & Trace code in the shipping confirmation. Use this code to check whether the delivery period has been moved. Did you not receive a Track & Trace code? Then it is possible that this mail arrived in your SPAM box (unwanted). If you can’t find it you can always contact us.
  2. Check the delivery address. Of course you need to enter the correct delivery address. You could check if the delivery address is correct on the Track and Trace code. Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address once we have handed over your order to DHL. However, you can still change the address yourself via the DHL app, download it and change the delivery address.
  3. Check your mailbox and surroundings. Does the Track & Trace code indicate that your package has been delivered but you have not received anything? We advise you to check your mailbox. There is often a Not At Home message from the carrier. It is possible that your package was delivered to your neighbors or that the deliveryman has scheduled a new delivery moment. It is also possible that the delivery has been placed in a safe place. If you have not received a Not At Home message either and the package cannot be found around your home, please contact us. We will ask DHL to start an investigation.

Shipment Received Damaged or Incorrect?

All shipments are processed and packed with the greatest care. If, despite this, your shipment has not arrived correctly, please notify us as soon as possible. Make a note on the delivery note if the transport packaging is visibly damaged. Even if you suspect that the product will not be damaged.

Tip! Take a picture with your smartphone of the shipment/packaging if it is presented damaged by the carrier.
