All our orders are sent by default with our Logistics Partner DHL. When you are not at home, you can indicate another delivery location via the DHL app. Otherwise the package will be offered to your neighbors. If that doesn’t work either, the next day the driver will try again and otherwise the package will go to the nearest DHL Service Point. The deliveryman will inform you by putting a bill in your mailbox.
Frassor will send you a Track & Trace number by email to the email address you provided. This will indicate the expected delivery date and time. The DHL deliverers work Monday through Saturday.
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Below is an overview of the standard delivery days for the Netherlands and Belgium. normally applies to all items ordered before 17.00 the same day shipped.

Pick up your order?
We are fully focused on efficient production and shipping. Frassor does not have a physical store, so unfortunately orders cannot be picked up. However, you can choose for delivery to a pickup point of DHL. (Provided it concerns a package shipment). In the checkout you can select the desired pickup location based on your zip code at the desired delivery address. Also we have more and more countries retail partners, checkout via our stocklist finder if there is a partner in your area.
